  • do you use sulphur to treat your products?

    No! All of our products are un-sulphur treated and 100% free of artificial preservatives, colouring and flavourings.

    do you ship to Europe?

    Yes, we do! Read our delivery policy and terms and conditions for prices.

    are your products gluten free?

    With the exception of naturally occurring gluten in wheat berry and barley sprout, our products do not contain gluten. Furthermore, our manufacturers operate a strict GMP practice; following processing of each batch of product at each step (i.e. washing, decoction, drying), the machines and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sterilised, therefore we can guarantee zero cross-contamination.

    are your products vegan?

    Yes, we don’t stock any meat or animal-derived foods. We specialise in culinary herbs, commonly used in Asian cooking. Many Asian soup recipes include meat and may suggest that you add meat, but you can substitute or remove them from your recipe.

    are your products organic?

    That’s the aim! However organic certification takes a while, so please bear with us. Rest assured that we do not use pesticides, herbicides or fungicides in any of our products.

    are your products cruelty-free?

    Don’t worry, none of our products are tested on animals and we’re 100% against it.

    Do aura teas contain caffeine?

    We do not add any caffeine to our Aura teas. However, some herbs in the tea naturally contain caffeine, like jasmine leaves which contain a low caffeine content.

    can I use your products for medicinal purposes?

    Most of our products have medicinal properties and have been used for centuries for their healing properties. However, we recommend that you do not use our products for medicinal purposes until you have consulted a healthcare professional. 

    are your products imported?

    Most of our products are imported from China. Our manufacturers operate a strict GMP practice; following processing of each batch of herbs at each step (i.e. washing, decoction, drying), the machines and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sterilised, therefore we can guarantee zero cross-contamination.

    is tax added to the bill?

    Tax is not added to food items. However, supplements may have tax added.
