Chicken with Tremella Mushroom:
1. Firstly, clean chicken thoroughly and cut into 2 large chunks
2. Next, soak the Tremella Mushroom in warm water. Remove all impurities. Wash and drain the mushroom, squeezing out all the moisture.
3. Then combine chicken, 2 tsp of salt and a litre of water and simmer for 20 minutes. Lastly, add the mushroom and simmer for a further 20 minutes.
